Afrihost.... anouther company selling products their own staff dont understand :-(

Totally disgusted!

For a company that calls itself and ISP/host provider etc you would think their support people would know about their own products. I have spoken to at lest 10 people from support and not one of them have even a entry leave understanding of their products... and they don't even have an entry level understanding of hosting. One of the support desk people did not even know what "keywords" are on the website builder service they provide... the best response I got from they was to get Google Ads lol seriously.....

Why have a support desk with people who don't know what they doing?

Typical useless company... pay us a service fee but then you on your own!
