Afrihost another South African failure.

We have previously had a adsl line with afrihost that had constant issues and was not worth the money. Now we have fiber and it is almost worse. I am uncertain how a company can sell such a useless service and act like there is nothing wrong when we have had an incident daily for the past 2 months since we got the line. Is there nobody in South Africa who can reliably deliver an internet service? I offered afrihost over 10k a month in order to guarantee 80% uptime (not even at industry standard) and they are unable to action or deliver this. Why are they still in business if they cannot deliver an internet connection? Location George so it's not even a busy area, imagine what the service is like in a heavy metropolitan area?
