AFRIHOST - ANOTHER BIG ISP DISAPPOINTMENT

After initially trying to change my Data Package from a 60GB + 60GB to a 120GB +120gb on the 29th August for the month of September, I was informed that I was too late and the change would only happen on the 30th of September. It is the 3rd of October now and not only has Afrihost took my money and debited me for the 120GB + 120GB but my data has not changed. I am still on a 60GB + 60GB and they have charged me for the higher package. I have sent numerous e-mails but their "LTE"team is still busy changing a simple package for a customer that requested it over a month ago. The customer must suffer for other's incompetence. I expected better from this ISP.
