Afrihost and Vumatel - Worst service ever!!!

I am at my wits end with Vumatel and Afrihost. We have not had WIFI for 9 days and counting.

They keep logging tickets with a turnaround time of up to 72 hours, but the system has already been offline for over a week. Every time I follow up, I get the same story: "the ticket has been escalated", but no progress is being made. There is clearly no concern for the impact on your customers, who rely on the internet - for work and daily life, no urgency and zero accountability. The fact that your customers are being passed back and forth between Afrihost and Vumatel with no one taking responsibility is beyond unacceptable. This service is appalling. The issue is protracted beyond belief and we are completely neglected.
