Afrihost and Vumatel useless

I have ordered Fibre from Afrihost at the beginning of this month. Its been 4 weeks and I am still not had any installation at my home. Both Afrihost and Vumatel are absolutely useless. Please do not use either of them as there is no such thing as customer service. They don't even bother to call you from day 1.
