Afrihost and Vumatel service is pathetic

Stay away from vumatel and Afrihost. Unhelpful,pathetic and can’t give any indication as to what causes your internet to be down. Get told to be patient but 5 days with no internet is not fair to be told to be patient. Horrible service stay far away
