AFRIHOST AND VUMATEL NIGHTMARE SERVICE

Very unpleasant experience with Vumatel and Isp provider Afrihost , Fibre been live in my road Valehaven Gardens, Foresthaven Phoenix from the beginning of April 2021, advised by Vumatel sales person K****n to pay the service provider Afrihost on April 16th, made the payment. Afrihost acknowledged payment and advised that they are awaiting Vumatel installations department, Afrihost cannot provide me with Vumatel's Installation contact no. no calls received. Every call , email and enquiry with Vumatel is a dead end, Afrihost and Vumatel keep advising that they have tried contacting me to set up an appointment, I requested them to send me proof , they respond only on email, said they will escalate , tried contacting the sales the department to assist, Pamela said that she is on training and they Vumatel will contact me. Since the sale is already concluded, they don't help at all except for apologizing and saying that someone will contact me. Its now May 7th , no way forward , my Lte is canceled with no internet. HIGHLY FRUSTRATING NIGHTMARE. My advise people if you going with Vumatel ensure you have a solid contact that will assist you from the sale to till you have live internet.
