Afrihost and Vumatel ********** Mess Up

As a long standing customer of Afrihost, who has had multiple products with them, I've always advocated for their service and quality, however, I recently ordered additional Fibre at the new premises I'm staying, which is fibre ready and it has been a ********** experience.

First the driver doesn't deliver on the given date when I would be available, after multiple reschedules and promises to deliver, over a week later my router was delivered, I then enquired about installation and was told since its a new line, it must be migrated, as a tenant, I do not have information of the previous ISP, etc, but provided everything asked, pictures of ONT, serial number etc.

I was told Vumatel would remotely activate within 48 hours, 72 hours later, there was nothing, I contacted Afrihost to only be told, that Vumatel has no record of my order, it was then subsequently cancelled and resubmitted with a new number. I have had no contact whatsoever from Vumatel as to when my line will be activated, this is beyond frustrating, more than 2 weeks later with no feedback unless initiated by me and the standard "we're sorry for the inconvenience", I've had multiole whatsapp and email conversations with no end in sight! This honestly makes me want to cancel all my services with Afrihost and find a provider who can stick to their promises.
