Afrihost and Vumatel internet speed ****.

Afrihost pathetic service, have paid for a 200 MBPS line, speedtest 70 to 90 MBPS, sometimes as low as 30 MBPS. Vumatel promoted Fibre at our Estate, speed up to !000 MBPS. I upgraded to 500 MBPS, no change in internet speed. Contacted Afrihost, asked for 3 speedtests, they log a ticket with Vumatel, their technicians is too lazy to go and resolve the issue!
