Afrihost and Vumatel Internet Schedding

The past month every night at 21:00 our Internet goes out. Try and get service that time of the night.. mission impossible. WE go to sleep next morning everthing is working. I had a few calls before 19:00 and then Vumatell has disconnected the Internet and my configuration on the fibre rooter must be loaded again. I pay R1034.00 a month and it gets deducted from my bank, they do not have a prolem with me but it seems they are following the footsteps of Eskom we call it " Internet Shedding" . We have power now but not internet. Service in SA is deteriorating at high speed and nobody cares.
