AFRIHOST and VUMATEL incompetense,

I app**** for fibre line 23 March with Afrihost and their service provider is Vumatel. Today its the 21st April and my order is still not finalised. According to Vumatel my order has been cancelled (numerous times) for nonsensical reasons. Its almost a month and the service delivery to say the least is ****. Their calls take extremely long to be answered and I keep getting transferred from pillar to post without a resolution. The worst service I have received in my life. I will not recommend this to anyone.
