Afrihost and Vumatel

Worst service you can ever get ! MY fibre was down since the 28 March 2023 - I logged a ticket with Afrihost (you can't contact Vumatel directly) *** and they can't also contact them directly must use a ticketing system**.

It's been three days and everyday I call Afrihost (Siphesihle) I get the same story a technician has to be assigned . . . You ask for a supervisor to talk too.. they refuse to give a number and they say he will call back (which never happens).

On the one side you have load shedding to deal with and on the other side you have shoddy service this sucks ! ! !
