Afrihost and vumatel

The communication and coordination between afrihost.com⁠� and vumatel.co.za⁠� has been extremely disappointing. My account was debited immediately after I ordered the device, despite the account not yet being active. I was then informed that I would receive a refund, which I am still having to follow up on. What is even more frustrating is that, after I specifically requested that the device only be activated once installation had been completed, my account has once again been debited. The entire process has been poorly managed, with a lack of clear communication and accountability between both parties. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has now led me to consider submitting a HelloPeter complaint.
