Afrihost and Vumatel bad service

<p>Just a warning to anyone looking to use Afrihost and Vumatel as an ISP for fibre. They are the most *********** lot I have ever come across. My fibre line has not been working since Saturday 10 / 06 / 2017. I have been calling them on a daily basis to try and have the situation resolved. Afrihost has apparently logged an incident with Vumatel as they have to physically come and check the line. This has been ongoing since Saturday and when contacted basically saying that they have to follow up with Vumatel. Called today again 14 / 06 / 2017 and was told by Afrihost that they have to do trouble shooting on my line as Vumatel has resolved the issue in my neighbourhood. I find this highly unacceptable and frustrating, as I have been given the run around for the past five days now without any resolution in sight. But come month end they will be quick to debt my account with the full subscription fee for services not rendered. So if you are considering using any one of the above mentioned companies for fibre internet please think twice before doing so to avoid yourself days of frustration. As either of them dont know the meaning of customer service. </p>
