Afrihost and Vumatel

Worst service imaginable by these 2 companies. I'm on day 8 now waiting for vumatel to just do a simple circuit release, after I provided them with proof of cancelation from the previous tenant and my current lease agreement. On the Afrihost side we have agents who straight up lies to customers. I was checking up on my order over the weekend (after an agent told me that both Afrihost an Vumatel works on weekends). The agent told me he is escalating to vuma to "immediately" action my ticket and that I should check in again after 2pm, I check in at 4 and another agent promises me it will be done that same afternoon I should check in again Sunday morning. Sunday morning the agent tells me she don't know why those two agents told me that as the fibre department is not working over weekends?? Also every time I speak to an agent I have to explain the entire process over again, it does not look like their system is capable of keeping tabs on open support tickets, even if you provide them with reference numbers.
