afrihost and vumatel

I have signed up with afrihost since june2020 with sadv and was watching my apps on the smart tv and my cell phone fine. Since October 2020 when I was informed sadv will be replaced by vumatel I have been having endless problems watching my dstv app and on weekends my netflick don't even work. I have called and chatted into afrihost but the operators im dealing with is genuinely in another planet and with no help at all. When I'm connected to mobile data or a friends fibre all my apps work fine. On peak hours of the date the apps don't even come on. I have been emailing and calling into afrihost to no help or decent assistance.im paying for a really bad service.
