Afrihost and Vumatel

Its has been a complete nightmare between Afrihost and Vumatel.

All I want is a payment link. Vumatel says I should check my afrihost profile and check out. I do and I cant check out but recieved and order confirmation from Afrihost and when I went back theres nothing to check out. I whatsapp Afrihost and they confirm they have my order but Vumatel must confirm the street address before a payment link is generated.

I check with Vumatel and they say its confirmed so there should be no delays, i should be able to pay. I go back and check my afrihost profile, still nothing. I talk to afrihost on whatsapp and they say it will take 2 days before the link is generated.

Im still waiting, I talk to Vumatel, and share my frustration and they mention they will talk to the Afrihost regional manager.... In the meantime I try to connect with Afrihost on Facebook. No response, I also discover that their whatsapp support is down via a Facebook update they made...

Im still stuck, no one wants my money, no fibre... No support... Not even sure who s service is worse here...
