Afrihost and vumatel

So I have had fiber installed at my premises over a year ago they just put the wires on the floor and walls no trunking no diging nothing despite numerous complaints they keep shifting the blame to vumatel tel and vumatel to their contractors this is such a problem I have tried and every time it breaks they just put a patch patch on a patch and never fix the infrastructure it's such a problem and. Now they say vumatel is owned by a new company and they cannot assist without me paying for a new instalation best part is they have no phone number so just whatsapp app chats so disappointing
