Afrihost and Vuma nightmare

Horrible experience from both Afrihost and Vuma. I relocated my fibre and signed up for Vuma and after a week of making a payment not activation of line was done because Vuma had issues with Payfast payments; no problem as I email the proof of payment but still no internet. Afrihost is waiting for Vuma to acknowledge receipt of payment and send nod to activate line while Vuma is saying Afrihost doesn’t want to release finds… what is going here??? I am the one suffering 😡😡😡😡😡
