Afrihost and Vuma have appalling customer service

Vuma downgrades my line from 100mbps to 20mbps “ACCIDENTALLY” then Afrihost assures you resolution to that will take 24/48hrs and 11 days later you are still being told to UNPLUG the router and ont box countless times a day as a means to fixing it! They assured us we would receive a pro-rata refund for having paid over the 100mbps - now to be told they don’t refund for SLOW CONNECTIONS! Then after 2 more days of attempting to get ahold of their help line - they kept us ON HOLD for an ENTIRE HOUR while the call center person went to “call her manager”’so that she can help!!? Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have had nothing but issues with both Vumatel and Afrihost since day 1
