Afrihost and Vodacom Fibre - No Connection

I requested migration no 22 September. Everytime i talk to a consutlatnt i have to do the PPPOE set up. It doesnt work and im told the matter has been escalted to Vodacom. I am at my Wits end The ONT box is faulty and needs replacing. Any advice on how to get directly in contact with vodacom would be greatly apprecaited.
