Afrihost and VBS same whattsapp group

I have been a customer to Afrihost for the past 3years and they host my emails and website and this year decided to take their wifi services, and all been well untill the sixth month when they charged me 10gb is less than an hour. I have engaged them via twitter and telephonically but they still can not explain what cost me so much. It all started with my monthly 25gb data which normally lasts untill 25th of the month and got finished on the 12th day but i thought maybe i had huge docs that needed huge data and then decided to top up with their 10gb thats when i realised they were on a mission to destroy me. I have tried to explain to them that even if i was watching a movie on YOUTUBE it still wouldnt charge me that much bt all fell on deaf ears. They only engage when they are put on public platforms and will tell you to inbox or DM then thats where they tell you to topup...and guess what it will chow 10gb an hour. I wonder who owns it maybe its VBS or Steinhoff.
