AFRIHOST and TTCONNECT NIGHTMARE

Afrihost and TTConnect is the stuff nightmares are made of. They take your money without giving you a working reliable connection it was disgusting what I had to go through!!!! They even had the cheek to offer me a free month for the inconvenience as long as I paid for the month before. ON A FIBRE PACKAGE THAT WAS NOT CONNECTING AT ALL. It technician who came and installed our line was clueless and didn't know where to begin. That's when this NIGHTMARE started. I have heard every excuse that there is in the book from Afrihost and TT Connect it was terrible.

Both TT CONNECT and AFRIHOST acknowledged that there was a physical problem with the line. SURPRISE I had told them the Technician who installed the Line was clueless.

I requested a Technician come to site to investigate from both Afrihost and directly from TT Connect. Both said they would charge me a call out fee. REALLY. Let me add TTConnects Offices are literally 5 minutes away from Farramere.

After months of no connection I decided to cancel it all online. No they said I have to pay for August 2023 (there was no connectivity) but they will give me a FREE MONTH in September 2023 ( it is still not working as I'm writing this. It is so ridiculous it's HILARIOUS. A FREE MONTH of nothing is nothing. I contacted Afrihost again and said to cancel my contract as I was not interested in a FREE MONTH from them.

I have now paid for 2 Months of no service at all and have requested the reimbur*****t of those dead months with no connection that occurred during this period. I am not holding my breath for that to happen!!!!!

Anyway to cut a long story short IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING FIBRE DO NOT GO WITH AFRIHOST AND TT CONNECT. They are both a NIGHTMARE to deal with and you will PAY FOR A SERVICE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE.

You have been warned it will not be pleasant.
