Afrihost and their terrible admin/billing system!

I have had the worst service ever with Afrihost! I paid for my acc on the 1st, till today the suspension hasn't been lifted. What's worse is that I've inquired with their agents and forwarded proof of payment.The cherry on top is their agents giving different responses for 1 single question! Completely dissatisfied! One responded to say that I can make an EFT payment while the other told me that they are unable to handle "EFT" payments at the moment. Confusions is making rounds everywhere!
