Afrihost and their promises

I got Afrihost LTE uncapped a few months ago and it worked very well for a while. My download speed was between 30mbs to 50mbs but after a while the speed dropped to 1mbs to 5mbs..I sent numerous whattsapps and no luck so i called them on 1 sept 2025 and got issued wit a ticket number to resolve the problem. After no feedback or improved signal I called back on 8 Sept and got told that the LTE dept had figured out some time ago that the tower is now overloaded and i should downgrade or be happy to share 5mbs with 53 other users...this is not what i signed up for of was sold..it is utter ******* as i must now find a solution to their problem and still pay full price. They win awards but it is not my first run in with them..what utter *******
