Afrihost and their false promises ! ! Low fibre speeds ! ! !

The worst kind of service you can expect. I have been (from inception of my contract with them for a fibre connection with 1000mb downloads) truly frustrated with their inability to sort out my speed which is almost only a third of what I contracted too.

I have been continuedly promised that it will be sorted out but it never gets sorted ; emails are sent between myself and afrihost with proof of low speeds ; these emails are sent to vumatel and absolutely nothing happens ! ! !
