Afrihost and Telkom corporate bullies

I received the worst possible service from afrihost, my Wi-Fi has been not working properly since 04/05/2026 and was informed the tower was off but I have been struggling with both afrihost and Telkom and each one is sending me from Pilar to post with no end in sight, in the meantime I have been struggling for 9 days with no solution to when the tower will be restored as afrihost is waiting for Telkom and Telkom is waiting for their own technician to send out someone or a team to fix the tower, tomorrow will be 10 days with connection issues and I was advised that the SLA between Telkom and afrihost to get problem resolved is 48 hours.

I might as well cancel my subscription and join a different service provider other than Afrihost and Telkom as neither one of them value their clients as no service is provided by either of them, all you hear is "I don't work weekends" and "we waiting for feedback from Telkom"
