Afrihost thanks to your shoddy service and frogfoot lack of communication, I want to let u know I am starting to look for alternatives to fibre after 4 years... DO NOT CALL me check all my tickets 998267 and 99871 come with solutions and not soppy stories..."A frogfoot technician will call u tomorrow" we are past tomorrow's NOW come with a replacement mobile router for my downtime...Clearly my money 1k plus per month means nothing to Afrihost and Frogfoot... Sick of empty promises and re- explaining to your 4th and 5th support staff that can't help.. love to chat to someone that can actually make a difference
