Afrihost and OpenServe, High latency and intermittent drops

In the past I would have recommended OpenServe and Afrihost to anyone. Now unfortunately my opinion has changed, I logged a query 10days ago, My internet stability and latency is far slower than what is expected from fibre. Initially my Download latency would be between 305ms and up to 4000ms and upload between 170ms to 500ms with intermittent drops in connectivity and that is with a single device on the network and even with a computer directly connected to the ONT and making the PPPOE connection. The download latency came down for a day and is back to the above mentioned. Openserve and Afrihost not doing anything to fix the issue.
