This company should not even get half a star. Rude Call centre agents. Deducting money ********ly. Cancelled this service the day we got the rooter, because the very useless technician wanted to do an installation over the phone, but a new fibre line needed to be installed????? Got the damn run around about uplifting the rooter, this has been a week now, and now upliftment, no courier and refusing to pay our money back that has been *****ulently deducted.
