Afrihost and Openserve

I have been a client of Afrihost for a couple of years.

If you are considering Afrihost and Openserve I would very strongly suggest against it.

I have hours of WhatsApp's their method of support - logging calls, tickets being closed without issue being resolved. Continues reboot your ONT, run a speedtest send us the results. Promises of escalations and 48 hour resolution but literally nothing happening.

I escalated to managers with empty promises. It's been a nightmare.

If I ever get a WhatsApp saying we apologise for the inconvenience I might be sick.

Cancelled Afrihost and moving to WebAfrica. Let's hope the grass is greener !
