Afrihost and Octotel pitiful service providers

Very Disappointed with the Service I received from Afrihost and Octotel.

Do you guys honestly think crediting my Account will the 4days I wasn't able to use the service I paid for is good enough?

Do you have any idea how much you costed me in those 4 days as I work from home.

Can't wait for a different Fibre Infrastructure provider to come into my complex coz I know how people relax knowing they don't have competition.

You guys must learn from the big guys.

Look where is Telkom which used to be untouchable during adsl era
