Afrihost and Octotel do not keep to their word!

I placed my fibre order on 10 December 2024! Today is 13 January 2025 and still no joy with Octotel of Afrihost. I am very unhappy and disappointed.

We just wanted to keep you in the loop with what’s happening - You’ll be glad to know that we’ve submitted a request to Octotel to install fibre to your premises. We should receive confirmation and acceptance of the order within 1-2 working days.
