Afrihost and Frogfoot terrible service Fibre connection

Fibre has been off since Friday. 3 days off now. Afrihost told me its frogfoot in the area problem, but nothing about that on frogfoot's side. Others in my street are connected. Call afrihost. Say it takes 3 days to get feedback. Call frogfoot say the service is working. These 2 companies are quick to sell you stuff for over R800 pm but good luck in getting the services fixed!
