Afrihost and frogfoot BEST NON SERVICE PROVIDERS EVER!

Again afrihost's isp service which is not working. They frequently tell u that the speed you pay for is no longer available and u are upgrades ro higher speed with higher costs. Getting email from Gian their ceo about what an excellent customer you are. Monthss ago i reported that around 7.30 pm my service is not available. Being told it is my router. Miraculously the supposed fiulty router works other hours of the day! We have been without fibre wifi this morning since around 4am. When u call afrihost they blame frogfoot. Very weird that it is only these 2 service providers who always have an issue in our area. Come on afeiihost i pay you to provide a service! PROVIDE IT!
