Afrihost and Frogfoot bad service

Afrihost and Frogfoot is the worst service providers of Fibre and customer service. My internet been off since last week Thursday 26/05/22, I have been trying to my line reconnected to no avail. Firstly they don't have any support or people that can come out over a weekend to sort out the problem, so if you a business and using them as a service provider you will have close your business for that weekend because nobody is coming to help. The Whatsapp service they have is useless as well, they can't assist you each and everyone I chatted to gives you the answer. I am so sick of hearing "Noted" "Sorry for the inconvenience" " Your problem has been escalated" but nothing gets done. If you use their services please do your speed test to check if get what you pay for. I have been paying for a 50mb up and down Fibre line for years now but only come to realize that I'm not getting the speed that I pay for so they are *****ing my money. I have reported this but still nobody came back to me or came out to fix the problem. They are the worst and I would not recommend them. If there is anybody who can assist with what I can do to get the money that they stole from me for charging me for a service and not delivering please come back to me.
