Afrihost and Frog foot are not looking after me as a customer!!

recently signed up with Afrihost for fiber

on 28th Oct 2020 they came and installed the fiber line

They did not complete the installation and we still require the ONT device to be installed

I believe this is a very quick and easy part of the process, but I stand to be corrected?

after many chats on the watsapp line, phone calls, emails and a visit to the Afrihost HQ in Rivonia.....

we still on 17th Nov 2020 do not have a date as to when this installation will be completed!

The people at Afrihost are very helpful and easy to get hold of. The problem I see is that as Afrihost use another company (Frog foot) to do their installations. I as the end user have no business contacting frog foot and the staff at Afihost cant seem to get any response to my problem. All they can do is escalate the enquiry

If you are looking for fiber, do yourself a favor and go with an ISP that handles the entire process.......
