Afrihost and false advertising

I app**** for Fibre and had a dispute where what was shown on the add and what I was told where 2 diff things on the cost with #afrihost and vumatel, then no line was install.. Last week finally resolved or so I thought and was told to cancel the 1st order and re apply so I can get the new promo... I have email confirmation that now I get this promo and telephonic confirmation that payment is after 2 months and now #afrihost is telling me of the 1st order yet this was not mentioned on call or email... How do I proceed cos it's highly unfair to pay the cost when I was inform of the 2 month promo and that i will be billed as normal and i dont get this 2 free month promo
