Afrihost and Clear Access a mathc made in hello(DO NOT CHOOSE THESE TWO)

If it was possible i would give Afrihost paired with Clear Access a -10 for their bad service, I've been having constant network drops from the 5th of July and I have logged 4 tickets and none of them have been resolved but they were just cancelled. No action was taken from Afrihost to ask Clear Access to check their equipment but all they do is tell you they are escalating the matter.

On the 1st of August i asked Afrihost to cancel my service with immediate effect and in 17 days later and they still have not cancelled it, I work from home and i require constant network connection and Afrihost has failed in providing this service, its as if they are afraid to call Clear Access in to order.
