AfriHost and Assia, poor line monitoring system!

Hi there, I logged numerous calls for the same thing at AfriHost support and everybody is ignoring me. They said that Assia system cannot be disabled on my line but it can, Telkom always turned it off. The reason I left Telkom was they turned Assia on every month. So then I took my service to AfriHost and the same with happened. This is ridiculous....
