Afrihost and Airmobile incompetence

I asked for this sim swop on mobile number ending with ***8554 on Afrihost's Air mobile service as I got a new iPhone - I scanned to QR code I received on 22 Dec at 2pm - I got the new QR code but the cell number has now changed to a temporary number ending with ***6301??? - I contacted Afrihost several times, but after 2 days this still has not chnaged and I am asked to wait some more days - unacceptable!!!!y

I have now tried for TWO DAYS - WHEN WILL THIS GET FIXED????
