Afrihost and 0 Support

Honestly ,

Its sad that a person has to go as far as leave a bad review on Hellopeter / The companys google reviews but ive had an open fault for 2 months borderlining and i get a responce once every 2 days and no support on weekends.

I have escalated my issue to management and still nothing is done , im fed up and i cant handle having to follow up on people that should be following up with me.

Ive had an issue with my tracer pings not reaching google . Afrihost, upon sign up said they would deal with Telkom and querys and Nothing has been done . I dont even know what side the problem is originating but everyone is dealing with it as if its not their problem and im still stuck here getting a fraction of what im paying for while being stuck with *********** technicians that have no idea *** they talking about.

Its a case of having to go to Afrihost head office.

So people if you want DSL . DO NOT GO TO AFRIHOST. Their service is disgusting and your just wasting your time and money.
