Afrihost - an absolute mess

Please avoid this ISP at all costs. I've spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get internet installed. You go round and round in circles - never solving the problem. 13 support clerks later and I'm still not sorted. I bought a 500meg Fibre line package for my business. I haven't had access in 5 days. I'm beyond frustrated. I'm cancelling and going somewhere else - what a joke!
