Afrihost Airmobile shocking network service ‼️

For over 2 months I’ve tried to get Afrihost and their AirMobile network sorted out. They enticed me to move to their network with the promises of cheaper Data and Airtime. Being a fibre user through them I thought it a good idea. Boy was I Wrong.

Their MMS and USSD codes aren’t working at all and dispite numerous promises nothing has changed. Complete waste of time and energy. Cannot receive any USSD codes when logging into my Game Or Edgars accounts.

Cannot send MMS as well as AirMobile doesn’t support it. Seriously. The basic MMS not Supported. Below is one of the many emails I’ve sent to them with zero response. What is the ETA of the MMS activation. This is an essential part of my network use and wasn't mentioned when I was invited to join Airmobile. I would not have taken up the offer knowing that MMS problem existed.

Amounts to False Advertising quite frankly.

I cannot see the numbers Game or Edgars or the RCS group use to send there USSD messages. MTN can get hold of the RCS Group to enquire about this, seriously. I had a problem at Pep stores trying to join their Plus discounts Program. Network say unknown process

The problem started when I switched From Capitec Mobile to Airmobile. Your network is Very floored. Again False Advertising. The Airmobile network Cannot provide its customers with a fully working service. Rather stay far away from Afrihost Airmobile. Not worth the hassle.
