Afrihost Airmobile Issues!

I am offline for 10 days already due to Afrihost Technical Issues that they can't seem to sort out. The issues are multiple. From yes my phone is compatible for Esim to 4 days later, No it is not anymore. Then they said they will send me a physical Sim in 3 to 4 days only to recieve an email saying I must Upload my RICA docs, which was done on day 1 with the application. On Clientzone it shows UPLOADED and green for good to GO and no other option for uploading any other or more docs. Most of the wupp supporters were helpful but Unfortunately Afrihost can't back the product they offer. I am still offline and all they say is to wait again.
