Afrihost Air Mobile worst network

Worst network provider ever , I went to Europe for two weeks on holiday and come back and they cancelled my Sim card , I have been trying to get my number activated and lost alot of business because of them. I ported and submitted all my Rica documents months ago and have been on air mobile and now they telling me i must do a sim swap and resend all my documents and pay again this is unacceptable.
