Afrihost Air Mobile Sim Card Issue

hi, I have ported my number to the new Air Mobile Network and received my new sim card. Since day 1 I have not been ale to use the network since the sim card is faulty. Ever since I had the explain the same issue 5 times over. This is not acceptable since I have a client of Afrihost since 2018. I am now sick & tired of these stupid questions instead of them just sending me a new card. This is ridiculous Afrihost. Come on.
