Afrihost Ageist and Appalling

My poor mother, approaching 80, vulnerable and alone, app**** for and paid for Afrihost as a service provider for internet connectivity. A MONTH AGO!!! To this date, they keep giving us the run around, always promising it will be soon, within the next few days, etc. Well, we've had enough!!!! We will never use Afrihost again, and will tell all about our terrible experiences. Today, they finally admitted the truth... no one is working until the 15th so they ****!!! To an old woman, who needs the internet. I am horrified and appalled! I hope NOONE uses Afrihost ever again!
