Afrihost aftercare/customer service

Please don't do business with Afrihost, i have being having issues with their line speeds they charge me monthly for called them/e-mailed them no repsonse...my account has a credit balance so I assume they don't bother. They sent a Vumatel tech to my residents and I had to foot the bill to conference call their fibre centre to talk to the vumatel technician today I called and e-mailed their accounts department asking for some in management to call me back no response. these guys don't believe in customer service I only hope I will be able to receive my credit back from them,
