Firstly I was charged for the wrong account, and then after a 3 hour call with a manager I was told all is sorted and I am getting a month free. 2 months later my account detail is STILL INCORRECT and the debit STILL goes off the wrong account. When you contact them they talk to you like they are robots, and have generic answers.
